So here I am 2 weeks into it and doing great. I have lost 8 lbs so far and am feeling much better.
So I will try not to be too hard on myself about today. I went to Mcdonalds (God only knows why...lol) With some friends and instead of doing what I should have I got some chicken nuggets and ate them, all 10. No sauce thou...lol.
Anyway I know they were breaded but ate them anyway...bad bad bad, but I will try harder tomorrow and I know that I will mess up and I can admit
So its almost been a week since starting over. Seems easier this time, however it may be my mindset and dedication towards it. At my heaviest I was up too 210lbs when I was pregnant!! Now that I am down to 175 I am still missing my 140 days.
Dedication, goals and hard work will get me where I want to go, I know this from past LC. This time is forever and I am almost down 6 lbs in this first week, feeling much more energy and even exercising again. I am trying to walk my 5k
