Hi. Day three and counting

I have been doing well or should I say okay on the new lifestyle I am embarking on. I just need to get my butt in the gym. The eating is not so hard. It's been three days and my blood sugars and still high even with my meds. But my dress feels a little looser... I don't want to step on the scale but I need to get in the gym.     Good to see you blogging, Pinky. It can be a good way to help keep yourself on track.

    Right now focus on the eating. The exercise can come later. (I'm not saying don't exercise - just don't worry about it right away unless and until you feel sure you are ready for it.)
