Yesterday was tough..but I made it through my first day of LC once again. I knew my body would be like.. what is going on... so I made sure to eat my protein.

I am a scales addict.. and honestly for me.. it helps me. It motivates me. It works for me while for others it discourages. So.. I was rather pleased when I woke up this morning and lost 4lbs of water weight! I have always lost a ton of weight in the first couple of weeks, then it slows down. Again.. I'm ok with that! LOL

So hubby is home.. and he still hasn't decided if he is going to do LC before the new year or not. Last time I lost all that weight he did LC with me. It sure makes things easier. He lost a lot of weight last time, but then it just stopped. Not because he cheated, but rather he consumed so much LC foods that (I believe) he was taking in to many cal. vs. cal spent. I know he got frustrated, but I tried to tell him, but you know some men... they don't want to hear it. I also think he might be missing that little signal that his stomach tells his brain that it is full until he has gorged. Oh well.. enough about him. This is my journey! LOL

So it has been about a month now that I have been off my thyroid meds. I was on armor thyroid. The funny thing is.. I don't feel tired, I actually feel better. Sure I am colder... but it sure beats sweating at the drop of a hat! That really was embarrassing!

So here are some steps that I would like to take ... I want to get off my diuretics (yes doctor prescribed). I know that LC is a diuretic by it's self so it shouldn't be a problem.

Next I want to get some thyrosol which is a natural way to help with thyroid issues.

I was also considering to do a colon cleaning. I know that parasites and things of that nasty nature will cause issues like thyroid.

I am also taking my essential minerals in my (1 gal of water a day).... oh.. and getting away from artificial sugars including splenda because they are finding that even splenda is not good for you either. So.. Steve and that other stuff.. (drawing a blank on it's name) here I come. It is a little costly, but I really need to stay away from sweet tasting things anyways.

Well.. wow... I really went on and on and on in my blog today! LOL I'll just sign off now!

Bye!
