Day of a woosh!

Well I sat at 277.2 for three days after being very good at what I am eating. So I woke up this morning and stepped on the scale like I normally do.. and much to my surprise I was happy to see that I was down 2.4lbs! I'll take it!

One of the things that keeps nagging at me is the fact that I really need to start some sort of exercise. Now.. I know this sounds silly, but last time when I was thin I actually got to the point where I loved it.. well.. not just walking .. but Tae Kwon Do. The harder the work out the more I loved it! I know I could go back, but I would have to wear sweets instead of the uniform. I also know that the stuff that we do, my legs and knees would not be able to do. Duck walks and bunny hopes would probably blow out my knees now... and my balance is still iffy. Is this excuses.. well I thought about that too. I the jury is still out on it. However it has been in my mind that once I am back down to 190lbs I will return, and finish getting my black belt (currently a red belt).

So my dad is coming over for dinner today. I have a roast in the crock pot along with carrots and mushrooms. He's bringing whoop (sp) salad. Last night I went shopping and bought the stuff to make beef and cabbage soup found in the recipe section. It sounds good.. so I can't wait to try it! I just made a revision.. and change the bean type to black beans because they are much higher in fiber which gives it a lesser Net Carb count.

Not much else going on.. OH.. I found some pictures from 2005 when I was at my lowest. I am using them as inspiration. I will have to scan them and put them up here. I'll try to get that done on my next blog!
