Yesterday and the night before I was having a difficult time. It wasn't that I was craving... well.. not sweats, but rather I just was hungry. So I got my mind off it the night before last and succeeded, but yesterday it was a nagging force. So I ate more than I should have for dinner, although it was not off LC, but was high in cal intake. I still didn't do bad and don't feel bad for one second.
Then in the evening I was still hungry and made a couple of celery sticks with peanut butter in it. That was tasty and cured the hungries.
However I have been a pound up on the scale for the last two days. Not a big deal really, because I know it will come off.
But.. it did get me to wondering if something else is going on. I have been drinking a ton of the generic crystal light. Now the other day when I had the woosh.. I drank water and tea. I'm going to see if the crystal lite is causing some issues, but not drinking it the rest of the week to see how the weight comes off.
OH.. these are my inspirational pictures. This was in 2005 at my lowest weight. I did this on LC also!
