Ok.. yeah.. so my day out on that Friday didn't go so well.. and neither did Saturday. However I picked up the pieces yet AGAIN (gaining all that water weight back and a extra pound).. and started on Sunday!

I always know that the first two days are the hardest, but I finally made it through and today is my third day. So this morning I weighed in .. back down to 280. I'm pretty happy about that.

I expect that these first 20 to 30 lbs will fall off quickly because I seem to retain water, and I packed those lbs on so fast it wasn't funny. I put those extra lbs on in just 1 month! Yeah.. you heard me.. just 1 month with 20 lbs of weight gain.

So I went to the health food store, and picked up some Sea-Adine (iodine)put out by heritage products. I am not sure if I really tell a difference yet in how I feel, but I will continue to take them. There was something else the owner recommended that helps with addictions ..but I will have to go look that up, do some research and get back on that at a later time.

I think a big part of making it through the last two days was the fact that I have been working on my computer so my brain was distracted from eating and every one eating around me. I had this nasty little malware / hijacker that every time I did a search it would pop up a browser and go to some random site. Not sure how it got there, but it took me a day and half to get rid of it!

Oh.. and hubby is on board with me now doing l/c! YaYyyy! He refused to weigh himself. Says that he can tell by how he feels when he looses weight. For me.. numbers matter and it is my driving force. Some may not agree with that, but that is how I stay motivated as I mentioned in a earlier post. It is different for every one!

So I guess that is it on the home front! I can't wait to start fitting into some clothes that I haven't been able to wear in a long time! That just makes me giddy inside! LOL
