I feel good! I feel in control now! My ravenous hunger is subsiding along with my cravings! This is where I start to see light at the end of the tunnel!
So I weighed in this morning and took off another pound. So now I am down 6lbs! I couldn't be happier! I realized that TOM is upon me and really it is amazing that I am taking off any weight at all this week. I am also proud of the fact that I was able to gain control over my eating because the week before TOM I have a tendency to eat EVERYTHING! Over all these few days I have accomplished a lot!
So I thought about my first reward day. This is what I did last time I was on LC. I would pick one day every three months or so and would go out to eat to have something not LC. I think for me this is a good thing because it gives me something to plan on.. to work for. I know becoming healthy should be enough, but lets just face it... it's human nature!
On that note.. my MIL goes to the Food Anonymous. Picture AA for alcoholics and you begin to get the idea. She has been on this program for .. gosh.. 3 years or more now. She has stayed on program for 3 year! I personally don't know how she does it but good for her! However.. I swear that thing is ran like a cult! I'll blog about the details another time. Bottom line is I am proud of her for putting up with the BS and for staying on plan this who time with out any sugar (artificial or other wise)and no flour! Though I don't understand the potatoes (especially for diabetics like her).
Well it is time to get going. This nasty weather has zapped the life out of my car battery and I have to go replace it. Especially before we get hit with the cold snap in the next week or so. Calling for BELOW body parts falling off weather! LOL Talking 0 degrees F, but wind chills in the -teens! BRRRRRRRRRRR. I see the propane bill going "chaching chaching". *sigh*
