Starting My Plan
Today was day one of my plan. Since it's hard to keep typing "the 1972 original Atkins plan", I think I'll shorted in to OAP.
I was going to start tomorrow, but when I couldn't get my jeans buttoned yesterday, I knew there was little reason to put it off. Keep in mind, I have not gained, I'm at the same weight I was a couple of weeks ago. And I have not eaten any sugar or starches, other than a small bowl of cheese popcorn, in 3 months. I suppose my body fat has shifted, and that I now have more around my middle. Or, maybe the jeans shrunk.........
I do need to drink more water, though. I have way too much coffee and hot tea, and get plenty of liquid, but water is the magic, isn't it?
