I've never blogged before. Never had a lot to say before. (Yeah, right!)
I think I'll use this for my stray thoughts about low-carbing, and save my journal for just day to day keeping track of my eating, etc.
So, here are some thoughts on dieting:
It's a shame that the word "diet" is equated to losing weight. It really means your daily way of eating. We can technically use the term to describe our way of eating, much as we talk about the Inuits' diet...
