    Gardening season is upon us.......and not a moment too soon. With the price of food in the stores who can not afford to plant a garden? Even if it is small one.   2. Being Too Busy Is NOT A Good Excuse!

    One thing that can get in your way in sticking to your low carb eating plan is eating with other people. At home I am in charge of all the food preparation. My husband is sweet and will eat what I put before him as long as it does not contain onions, mushrooms, peppers or cabbage. He is very agreeable to my new ways of sweetening foods. His fondness for sweets and desserts caused me worry at first but he is fine with my low carb desserts when I make them.

  3. my first day on LC

    Hello. Today is my first day on LC...I grew up with my mom always on Weight Watchers so eating higher fat items is very different for me. So after church my family and I went to zaxbys for lucnch and I eat a Grilled chicken ceaser salad. So am doing ok......wish me luck.

    I have been wishing I could buy a recumbent exercise bike as I figured it would be something I could exercise with even with my bad knees. It was not in my budget yet. Now I know why! I found something even better, though I am sure many people on here are probably already familar with this. If you aren't though, you might want to check this out.

    whew man i ate a little too much yesterday even though it was all legal low carb stuff. i just STILL feel full and i havent even eaten this morning yet! course this could also be TOM coming into my life making me bloated and *****y...haha....but maybe a combo of both is more accurate.
