i was wondering if anyone could tell mewhere i can get the low carb baking mix and low carb barbeque sauce i cant seeem to find them anywhere
Let's face it.......buying food in 2009 is very expensive! Switching to low carb eating has changed the kind of food I purchase. I had plenty of food stored in my pantry and now my poor husband ends up eating it! Potatoes, beets, carrots, dried beans, rice, pasta, cornmeal, bread flours, etc. Look at the kind of food I was eating! All very high carbs! It's no wonder I felt so bad. Well it has been over a month now (42 days to be exact .. but who's counting..lol) that I have been faithfully on the wagon along with my DH. He looks great! His belly has shrank so much it is incredible! He has taken off some where around 25 to 30lbs. I have taken off 24lbs (but 2 ounces shy of 25lbs)! I didn't make my v-day goal, but I tell ya what.. Yesterday I spent most of the afternoon with my wonderful father, whom I still call "Daddy". He will be ninety in May this year. Looks more around seventy and is more like sixty in his activity. He is always working on something but most especially on some kind of motors. Like snowblowers, rototillers, lawnmowers and also his car. I hadn't been to my church since I started my LCE. So nobody had seen me until Sunday. Everybody commented on how good I look. Losing 22 pounds does show to people you haven't seen in months!
