The day before yesterday, my husband said the words I have been wanting to hear from him, "I want to start eating the way you do. The low carb diet. I just don't feel very good and see how it helps you."

You see he does not need to lose any weight. He is VERY active so no need to worry there either. But he loves his sweets, chips, regular milk (though I really can't see him giving that up), bread, potatoes and that would be about it.

  4. Enjoy your life--NOW ---not when your're thinner, richer....

by on 01-13-2010 at 02:33 PM

I read a little of it every night before I go to sleep. It seems to pentrate my subconcious when I sleep.....or so, I think it does, and if I think it, then it does. Right? I wake up with a confident attitude instead of being depressed or down because of the weather, work or other people's moods. Other people's moods can really affect you. Like ...
