Posted 03-02-2009 at 03:45 PM by QueenMama

I'm tired of fooling around with my weight, seeing it bounce up, but not wanting to come down again.

So, I am starting from scratch, pretending this is my first round with low carb, and doing Induction. So far so good, too. I started yesterday, the first day of March. Let's see what happens now. I plan to stick with it for the entire month.

I'm also making an effort to drink adequate water. I've always had my coffee first, and probably will continue that, but now I'm going...

The One Minute Muffin Cooked On A Woodstove

Posted 02-28-2009 at 06:13 PM by katlupe (katlupe's Low Carb Eating Plan)

The past two days have been very hectic for me around here. I am working on two websites. My own and our church site and that is more complicated than it sounds. Lots of work needs to be done on it and I am also learning how to do the video editing of our pastor's sermons. We also added a store to their site so that maybe the sales from that would cover the cost of keeping the site going and also the film and dvds. does being sick raise your blood sugar?

Posted 02-22-2009 at 10:30 PM by kevinsblondie

Since starting low carb, I have been doing really well at keeping my blood sugar well under control, but the last 2 days I have been sick with fever and chills and noticed my blood sugar was toooooo high. Has anyone else experienced this? I hope it is a normal side affect and will go back down when I get to feeling better!!

I really love doing the challenges, and I highly recommend it to every one. Your...
