Ok, so I logged on today and noticed the area where it tells you who is online and how many guests there are.

And I was curious. There were 11 members online and 326 guests! Wow!

So I started thinking, why do people come here and read but not participate?

It isn't a criticism, but a curiousity.

I admit. I came here and looked around for a good three months before I signed up.

I wanted to make sure people were nice (which they are)...

Exercise 5 a day is going pretty well. It's not hard to fit in 5 minutes so I'm going to stick with it for another week and then consider adding another 5. I would love to hear how everyone else doing with their exercise...

Hey Everyone! I've been busy as a bee - I started my job on April 28th and I have been going, going, going. I keep checking in though and seeing what everyone is doing and posting. Apparently, someone has noticed this as I saw a message today when I logged on that said I haven't been posting but been lurking - LOL LOL - that really cracked me up! Well, my blood-glucose levels have reached an all-time high, so I am forced (which is a good thing) to stick with this woe. I had a serious reaction to Glucophage, as well as other common medicines, so I have to address my diabetes with carb reduction. I started yesterday and tested today, and I’m already seeing an improvement. My goals is two-part - weight loss, and keeping my levels down. Here’s to a great LC day!
