It wouldn’t feel right if I were not experiencing the usual induction side effects, such as a headache, and slight cramping, so I know I’m on the right track.
Because I’m keeping it really simple, my menu won’t change much, so I’ll post it once here:

Breakfast: Eggs w/spinach and parmesan cheese, and sausage
Lunch: Chicken or Steak and Salad (Greens w/ mint, cilantro, and cukes)
Dinner: Taco salad, or Fish, or Chicken, or Steak, and Veggies (green beans, brussel...

Ok yall, i have had a boost!!!!
The very cute ex surfer type (white haired ex surfer to be sure, but cute) at the hardware store was flirting so hard he could hardly get my keys made.

I had to laugh, and made sure i mentioned my husband about a hundred times, but he sure laid it on. The cute little 30 year old with me looked at me like kids do when the find out their parents still like to neck in the car when they're not along!

Ok, hundred and fifty pounds to go...

And this time no BS! I plan on sticking to a true induction, to the letter, with no more excuses. I've lost the weight before, and I know I can do it again. I've already weighed, and don't plan on weighing again until day 14 (8/27/09).

I got to move my truck seat up closer. Couldn't do that before because my belly just wouldn't allow it. Everyone here in New Mexico is much safer now that I don't have to choose between belly steering and tippy toe clutch/brake operation! One more step along the way!!! Hooray!
