Today was a good day. I took today off work for some me time, husband @ work kids in school it was great. I got out of bed @ 8am (usually 4am) went to the gym worked out 1 hr, came home fix me a egg, bacon and cheese omelet, got dressed went for a nice pedicure(really need that OMG). When I got home I had time to clean out my closet had a light late lunch tuna salad, then I took a nap ( i never get to take naps OMG) and did all this before my husband and kids was home. Oh happy day. I made a nice dinner of steak stir fry. Feeling great I have so much energy and I also have lost 4lbs. Thanks to everyone for all the encouragement I have had a hard time lately but I have decided to do something I usually don't do think about me and my needs for a change.
