I weighed myself yesterday morning - day 7 AM. I lost 2.5 pounds. I was hoping for more. But, after a great workout at the Y other told me that was a good beginning.
I've kept the carbs very low - between 15 and 20 grams per day. I feel better, my GERD is seemingly gone so the overall feeling is this is working.
My mom lost 4 lbs this week and also notices the GERD is gone. Very interesting.
Tomorrow, classes start back. 10 cr hours plus working full time and the lifestyle...
