Getting in the groove..

Well I have been doing protein Power for two days now. I have to admit, that for me this is the easiest plan to follow. I do tend to over eat so eating more protein fills me faster and keeps me fuller longer.. Once you you get into Ketosis you dont even want to eat.. But you have to then make yourself eat. my day today was a little stressful as we had to get up early and attend a funeral.. We at breakfast before we left home, which was 3 small egg omlet with cheese and a small slice of ham.. half a piece of toast. For lunch i had a salad made with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, grilled chicken. and ranch dressing. I felt lucky to get that. That was just where we chose to stop and eat at after the funeral. I fixed low carb pizza for our dinner.. It was made with low carb tortilla,cheese,peperoni,bacon, ham, very small amount of mushrooms,black olives,onions , bell pepper. this was very good and very low carb. I drank Water most of the day and one diet pepsi... So that was my day today.. Sheila
