| | Hey, I'm new to this diet and posting. (Hope I'm doing this right) I have strictly stayed within the 20 carbs or less a day, and the first week was good. Lost 10 lbs, but this week the scale says I gained 3 back! Can digital scales be wrong, or am I missing something here? |
