| | Yep,im on the Atkins diet,just started yesterday and its going ok so far. . I kno its probably going to get harder. Ive been slowly cutting out carbs but yesterday was my 1st day without any..What diet are you on? |

| | Rachel - I don't know of any plan that is no carbs. LC is usually based on a combination of veggies and protein, and many veggies have healthy carbs that have lots of vitamins and nutrients you need (along with fiber that you can subtract from the carb count since it doesn't impact your blood sugar), so we never suggest people cut ALL carbs. The people that do the best from what I've seen always pick a plan to start with, get the book, and then do any "tweaks" later on, as they learn how their individual body responds to various foods.
