low carb diet products

This is my first day back on the atkins diet. This is my second time around I find it a little bit more harder because I used to eat atkins products that they no longer have. Has anyone tried their products also? Do anybody have any suggestions on low carb recipes that may sound good?

 |  Since Atkins Nutritionals restructured, they got rid of all the good stuff, now all you can get are bars & shakes. Lots of people stall on the bars, and the shakes are overpriced for what you get. They used to have really good lc bread, and drink mixes, but no more. Sad. There are lots of recipes on this website to try. We have a number of really good cooks contributing. Just look through the Low Carb Cooking forum, and at the top of the page, click on the Cooking tab, for a myriad of recipes. Some of the older recipes use products that might not be available anymore, but the more natural the ingredients, the better the recipe, anyway. |
