can i just say the atkins chocolate shake mix has gotten me through many a rushed morning? mmmmmmmmm!
I also make almondmeal pancakes and sub about a 1/4 or 1/3 of the recipe with the stuff (and yes, i admit it - one tablespoon of brown sugar
today is relaxing; tomorrow and thursday are 6:15 classes at the gym (cycling, then bodypump) - witha friend. the things one must do when one has kids and a husband who works long hours. (could put 3-yo in the gym childcare, but my friend has 2 she'd have to put in, so we're saving money by going early). should be fun to suffer together...ah, i mean "get fit together"!!!
had some cake last night, but believe i was withing (or close to) my 30-grams or less for the day. no naughties today though.....doing well overall.

oh yes, and has anyone done one of these cycle classes?? the seat is so hard!! not comfy! i suppose that is to motivate you to stand :P
doesn't work for me though...perhaps someday i will stand; for now, sore bum all the way...
