anyways, it's good for me to write! went to the gym this morning, and had a good eating-weekend. no cheats on my plan, and no cravings either. (did have that pancake, but did not exceed daily carb-count

feeling good, lost 2 kgs, now hovering around 87, when for months i was always hovering at 90 (kgs).

how goooood. Hoping to soon hover at 80 (for christmas party on dec 19th - which will be a cruise around Sydney Harbour). this is in only 7 weeks, so we shall see, but any progress is good progress...and if i can buy a new dress/outfit that's a comfy size 14, all the better, WHATEVER the scales says!!!
