i have just made the cauli-mash...with cream, butter, salt and cream cheese - HOW GOOD IS IT?!?!?!. my 3yo and i just shared a bowl, with added parmesan (i love parmesan), and now i have so much hope and peace about the spag sauce i made last night for our groupies. tonight, i will have it with cauli-mash (MMMMMMM)
that's all for now. my husb leaves for germany tomorrow for 10 days, and i'm on my own with kiddies. so, i'll need to make lots of low-carb crackers to get me through the stressful moments!
