oh man - i am SO craving sugar (you know...that time...siiigh)

i want someone to tell me that it's okay to just cheat today, while i'm suffering with cramps etc...but on the other hand, i've made jello (sugar free, naturally , that i'm planning to eat with a bit of cream later on (i love that!). Also i could make low-carb peanut butter cookies, or almond crackers, or whatever, without cheating at all! so..no one tell me it's okay, okay?

can i just say it's...

first - thanks for the luck, G...very nice....

this morning i went to an RPM class with Kym (gym and church friend). we both decided that we hate these cycling classes so are likely not going to do any more. at least, not together at 6am! i may go on a friday on my own again (not likely! . we're doing bodypump tomorrow at 6:15, so i'm really hoping she likes that one! i love it, and i think she will too. she's not slack, just those dang bike-seats are really...

first off - sorry about the format - i was "commenting" instead of "posting to my blog" - but the message is here...


can i just say the atkins chocolate shake mix has gotten me through many a rushed morning? mmmmmmmmm!

I also make almondmeal pancakes and sub about a 1/4 or 1/3 of the recipe with the stuff (and yes, i admit it - one tablespoon of brown sugar

today is relaxing; tomorrow and thursday are 6:15 classes at the gym...

just starting again (for real)

i've realized the "low-gi"ing is not the way to go for me - jsut makes me eat a LOT of low gi carbs! instead, i will eat 30 grams of any carb a day or less - a challenge i'm taking with my friend and gym-mate, kym. this has worked for me before, even with occasional blow-out on nights out with friends - jsut sticking to it in my everyday life gets me going, and maintaining..or at least has done in the past. it's been a week now, and i feel quite on track for the most part. just had...
