| Went to a place with stairs yesterday, and by the end of the day was pretty sore from up and down, on top of the ballys on Monday. But I like it, I feel I will get a lot from it.

| Let's see??? Lifted kids, chased kids, hopped, jumped, ran, skipped, galloped, did yoga 4X, walked the halls, pulled my hair out. . .I am exhausted and with no one to watch DD I am NOT going to the gym tonight--I will swim tomorrow evening while DD has swimming lessons BUT--I am NOT lifting weights or running tonight. . .NOT HAPPENING!!!!

| well, not going to make it to Ballys tomorrow. really, can barely type today. arms are painful dead weights. but I'm keeping my appt on Monday morning. Did try to do Curves today for 'cardio' - don't think that will work. I have to do machines so gingerly that I get nothing from it. I did jog on the inbetweens, but never did get my heartrate up. So, at least for the first few weeks, not going to try that. I'm not going backwards - by cancelling exercise - just overdid it Wednesday on the arm work and am pretty much useless. So, maybe tomorrow I'll do a walking tape. not much strength stuff in that. or, just nuttin. and recuperate. I will do something cardio this weekend though.

| Skipping again today-w3eather closed the Y so no swimming and we are going out to dinner for my birthday--I did get some exercise today with the students!

| hi all, been having really effective, exhausting workouts lately! wed nite - 50 mins hard cardio, lifted legs thurs nite - 50 mins cadio, lifted chest, back and shoulders only cardio tonite, as i have a rehearsal dinner that starts early. have a great weekend!!

| Swam this am. I had thought I was doing a mile all this time, however, after measuring the pool, I found that I was 14 laps short of a mile.... Oh well, so today I added 6 laps, (total of 72 laps) and in about three weeks will add the rest.... so I actually didn't swim my mile, but did increase and can I feel it in my arms already.

| Swam today--30 minutes--about 700 yards--got lazy! Then I pampered myself all afternoon--an afternoon at the spa--Sweedish massage, facial, manicure and pedicure!

| hey all! had a great workout weekend.... fri i did 50 mins cardio and biceps. sat was about 35 mins cardio and an hour pilates class. sat nite went to a wedding, and danced like crazy ... kinda like a workout! sun nite i did 45 mins hard cardio and lifted legs. and i SO deserve a medal for this one ... i got up at 4:45 AM this morning (w/ BF) and went to a morning body pump class (pretty hard!) then did 15 mins on the bike. folks, i never get out of bed for ANYTHING, so this is an achievement!

| Went to Ballys this morning - we did a circuit routine - not as intense as the upper body or lower body workout, but some strength with cardio involved. and some GD Ball work. had me doing pushups with the ball - felt like I was gonna smash my face into the floor, but moved back a little and it wasn't bad at all. I'm going to start going in the mornings of the days I don't have the PT, and use the eliptical for as much as I can. (which right now is 5-10 minutes at the most) - but if I don't push it, I won't get better at it, right? scale was back at 192.5 again this morning.

| Did laps this am(72), saturday did water aerobics and water volleyball. Sunday took the day off and went for a massage... my therapist is also a swimmer and knows which muscles I work out swimming, so, not only does she do deep tissue massage... (almost hurts) but she worked on a couple of places that really needed extra attention... today when I was swimming I could still feel her hand working on those spots... oh it feels so good.

| I am off to swim as soon as I get through here--shooting for 30 laps in 30 minutes tonight! I have to get back into swimming--lost best wehn I was swimming and I quit during my vacation in the end of June. I was doing some runninga nd weights but that was NOT doing what I needed or Iw as not working hard enough or something like that.
