| .........Update for all you lurkers! Our group has lost 243 pounds thus far, and we have 47 days to go in this challenge! Anyone is still welcome to join! There's plenty of time left! We'd love to have ya!........ I know... eek But I just did the math, and from August 16 - November 24, there are only 100 days! I need a little more to keep me motivated right now(it's been a bad, bad summer), so I thought I'd start this challenge. Plus, keeping track of everyone's stats will also keep me motivated... don't want to let down my online friends! I know the Labor Day one is still going, but I need more of a long-term goal. And no one says you can't be part of multiple challenges, right? If you're interested in joining me, just let me know your stats and I'll do my best to keep track of everyone's. My goal is a 20 pound loss in those 100 days. That will take me to 192 - well into the 190's, where I start feeling good about my body again. So, officially, this challenge starts Monday, August 16, but let me know if you're in anytime and I'll get my stats list going. A Haiku from "The Sound of One Thigh Clapping" by Meredith Clair Seconds on the lips- and a lifetime on the hips, thighs, and upper arms.

| I will like to join, I just started the atkins diet back up, after weeks of cheating I have been losing so far I went from 213 to 206, I would love to be out of 200s by next week since im still on induction, we shall see. started 8/09/04 213/206/160 160 is my thanksgiving goal 150 is my long term goal it would be great if i make it there. |

| I have been stuck at 132 for 10 weeks!! I would love to see 125 by Thanksgiving. (keep in mind I am only 5'0 )

| I'll join you... 100 days....I would like to lose 15 lbs before thanksgiving (if I lose more great, but I am shooting for 5 lb per month). currently I am 272.5 that will put me somewhere in the 250's... that would be nice. carolyn ![]()

| i am so in this. i thought i would see 205 by labor day but the scale is on strike and earning a free trip out the window! i will instead say 205 by thanksgiving. keep in mind i havent been under 215 in 6 years!! yay!

| Hi, Mada! I am the reigning queen of multiple challenges as you can see by my signature! I've not hit a challenge goal yet, but I'm still trying! Realistically, I can claim to lose (and more importantly, KEEP OFF) about 2-3 pounds per month. (I am a card-carrying member of the beloved Glacier Club!) After my wild weekend, I am currently 3 pounds over my signature weight. I'll post my current weight on the 16th (Monday), so my 100 days will begin there. I will be conservative this time and say that I want to lose 10 pounds by Thanksgiving. SURELY I can do that! That's one pound every 10 days. Hmmmm, okay. Thanks!

| I'm in. These past few weeks / months have been a true challange in its self to just crawl out of bed. I'm in! I will try and weight today even though i had no plans on it esp after haveing real pizza lastnight after work.. :( I'm hopeing this will help me keep my hopes up to stay undercontrole i will be starting back to a gym also in sept- oct. so that should mess ws/ my stats some there.. right now im at 248/198/160 (i know that is a far number to aim for... and i will probly bring it up but i need a higher number in my head to keep my self in"thezone"

| I had said no more challenges, but I need one. so, keeping it reasonable. this morning I was 194.5, going for 15 lb - put me at 179.5 (right at a new decade!) personal goal is higher, but this will do for now.
