| That makes my stats 170/164/161--I just might make it--I will get close anyway! I am staying "Back to the basics" til Halloween and maybe clear til Thanksgiving--jsut meat, veggies and fruit for the most part--my snack food is nuts and seeds for a total of around 25-30 carbs a day pushing up around 40 at most!

| Well, I'm holding steady at 223 this week (TOM came) so next week will hopefully look lower! Great job Huskers - sounds like you've really got your stuff together with the "back to basics" approach! |

| I'm back at 223, too, today. And TOM is still here. And I "low-carb treat"ed myself alot yesterday. I'm gonna try to stay between 20 and 25 carbs until November 1, then hopefully I can make my Halloween goal of 221. We only have 8 more days! IF YOU HAVE A WEIGH IN TO REPORT, PLEASE DO SO WITHIN THE NEXT 24 HOURS, I WILL BE POSTING OUR NEXT-TO-FINAL STATS TOMORROW. My best wishes to everyone on this challenge....I hope we all make our goals!

| Down two pounds this morning. One more pound to goal. Even with TOM this week if it's gone by Sunday I should make it. So today I am 363~1 to go!

| EEEEEK! I'm BACK to 225 as of this morning. Either it was the Alfredo sauce, what little I had of it, or the SINGLE l/c ice cream bar I had yesterday. Alida was right, I need to add one food in at a time to see what my problem foods might be. If I don't get with it, I may not make this challenge! :(

| I'm holding steady at 163 . . . still! I had a teaser a few weeks ago when I saw 160. Unless I get the fat scared right off me before Halloween, it looks like I won't make the challenge! Booooo hooooooo! My stats are again 179/163/157 :eyes: |

| Hey, everyone! Sorry this stats posting is so late! We had a storm, so I turned the computer off for a while. As always, please let me know if there are any additions or corrections that need to be made to this list. I've not received ANY updates at all from: Brandy, Funkynut, DecemberAngel, Maggie 1, Clemmy 2, or Krystyne aka Hockeygirl. Where are you all? We have one more week in this challenge and I'll need weigh-ins for our final total list! I've not received any RECENT updates from Amy G, Tina B, April, Janine, ladygirl, Ashley, or Slatelee. Chime in here, ladies! Let us know how you're doing. Stats for the rest of us: Maxibee:226/225/221~still 4 to go Husker's:170/164/161~only 3 to go Cushie:376.5/363/362~only 1 left to go on her lowered goal weight! Niki:219/209/199~10 pounds gone! Biddy 22:227/223/221~only 2 pound to go! Michele:163.5/163/157~6 to go Sszabo2:156/154/150~like me, has 4 pounds to go. I just went back over the list to make sure no one got left out! We have this next week and weekend to make our goals on this challenge. I will be trying hard to get there, and I know you all will be, too. I realize this challenge is just for fun and motivation, but I would like to make my goal, since I started this challenge and have been keeping our stats. | Finally, I have something to report. I have been battling TOM weight gain. I have finally had a 1 lb loss. I was sure that the scale would NEVER move again...ok maybe a little overly dramatic but that is just the kind of month it has been. Happy to see the scale moving in the right direction again. | Hey everyone! I'm still here, checking in on everyone's progress - just nothing to report. I have been hovering around 190, so hopefully, the 80's will appear again before Sunday. However, if it doesn't appear again, I'm not worried....today is day 57 in a row at the gym - so I'm making great progress, even if the scale doesn't always agree.

| I briefly saw 13 yesterday--probably should not claim it--but am going to anyway since I won't weigh again until next weekend. . .I think I need a new scale also--so I may not weigh what I think I weigh at all! Saturday morning I stepped on the evil thing to find that it registered me at 25 lbs lower basically overnight. . .I had DH weigh and his was correct, DDs was the same as the doctors the day before and then I stepped back on to a 5 lb gain. . .I ignored it and waited til Sunday morning and stepped on it again--it waffled, but was consistent163. . .164. . .163. . .164--so since I am waiting a week to weigh again I will claim the 163 and hope for the best!
