| LOL Rob, after 10-miller do you even remember the game.. I'd be down for the count!! LOL Glorybe, when I have ham the scale moves only one way!! UP.. I think its just water.. Chushie, Glad to see you beat back those cookies.. Keep up the good work.. Well I didn?t keep track!!! But I think I did Great the last few days!! I?m back to 184 pounds after putting a couple on during vacation.. Well here's my plan for today.. Cals 1551 Carbs 63 minus 32 fiber = 31

| Got to get back to tracking today! DH is gone and I am totally out of control. Ice cream last night UGH!!!! Today is a new start going into the weekend. Got a bit of a headache this morning. Sugar is EVIL!

| LOL Febe! I remember the Panthers losing. That was responsible for beers 6 through 10. Glory - Remember that calories consumed while alone actually DO count. I was under teh opposite impression for years. Had a good day yesterday. The pizza I had planned to make (low carb of course) was 1500 calories and even though I said I would eat half and asave the rest, I know damn well that there'd be a midnight fridge raid. Ended up not feeling like eating that much so I just had a 1/2 pound burger from Cookout. Steak style with lots onions and cheese. So yesterday my calories ended up at 1700 and my carbs were a little high at 56. But that's near the high end of my allowed range. Average calories for the past 4 days -1900 and carbs 50.

| Mmmm. Rob that burger sounds good. I'm gonna have to make one tomorrow. I took out some ground beef from the freezer tonight already. I had 1431 calories and 36 carbs. I had a low carb soup for lunch, campbells meatball, but it had no substance. The flavor was good though. If I have it again I will treat it as a base and add mroe veggies.

| I can't wait until DH gets home tomorrow. I cook much better meals when he is at home. Oh well, today is a new day to get back on track. Got to drink my water. I have been grabbing a diet soda instead of downing my H2O!

| I was a little high on carbs today because I had blueberries for breakfast but they were good and I'm glad I got some fruit in. It's been a while since I've had berries. 1627 calories and 42 carbs.

| Hey everyone! I appear to need to stay here to keep the numbers under control! I've been over 2,000 calories and over 60 carbs since I left ![]() Numbers for today: 1,868 calories, 98 g of fat, 37 carbs, and 51 g of protein. Some good news - I will hit day 50 (in a row) at the gym on Monday (10/18)

| Oh, bad me. I went way over on my calories for the day. I stayed under on my carbs. I will do better this week. Oh wait I just realized I put a food on today that was suppose to be yesterday. Yesterday was the bad day. I ate some chicken wings after I posted. So Saturday should have been (about) 2017 calories and 46 carbs. Ugh! (I say about because I didn't eat any of the hot wings skins, so that would take away some of the calories.) Sunday, 1957 calories (still too high) and 34 carbs.

| Tina - Maybe I need to post here more often too! I have been on target for the past week on net carbs (50) but calories averaged 2250 which is more than I can have and lose weight. And I gained 2 pounds this week! But i had eaten a bunch of olives and pepperoni the night before weigh-in so I know why. Doing good Febe! You'll do better Glory and Noel! So will I!

| Now I know why my hunger and cravings were out of control - TOM (sorry Rob) Never know when it will hit but it did and that explains why I had such problems this last week. That coupled with the fact DH was away spelled disaster for me. DH is back and I have my low carb/cal lunched packed! Now I just need to down the water and stay on track!
