    I think I saw 186 this morning!

Do any of you look down on the scale and stare in disbelief???? It was quite a long time ago when I was this weight. I actually had a thought the other day.....If I weigh 186 and almost fit in a size 12 (still too scared to go shopping) what size would I wear when I am done and at 155. I have not worn a size 10 since I was a junior in High school. I cannot even imagine! And a size 8 seems unfathomable! I guess I just have to wait and see!

NO loss to report again--except a half inch in my shoulders--down to 38 across the shoulders and 34 in the chest--just abot the breasts--SO--I like the results even though I am not losing actual weight right now!

Hey Amy G! Well I"ll be happy to celebrate seeing 196 with you this morning. It was a great feeling.... just because I"m still losing and I'm working on my next mini-goal of 185... only 11 lbs to get to that one. YAY!

    So reporting 196 today!

185 this morning! So very happy to report losses this week. Technicaly the scale has not budged much since AUGUST! I knew that it would move soon. Just so happy it chose this week. I am having Christmas with my family today...I planned a cheat-we are having brunch and my sister is making some stuffed french toast that sounds wonderful! But I guess that my motivation is here. Seeing the scale move in the right direction may be just the motivation I need today to stay focused. I would love to meet my goal for the new year. Not sure it is possible but if I stay focused and pray for one more visit from the whoosh fairy maybe just maybe it will happen!

After the dreaded 2 pound gain last week from several days of high carbs...darn banana bread...this week I am happy to report that I lost those 2 pounds plus 3 pounds to put me unger my goal at 344 (I got off and on the scale several times to be sure...is it REALLY saying 344!)

    :bellydanc

I would love to see 340 by New Years but wont change my goal again because my challenge now is not gaining through this the toughest of weeks.

I saw 205 today. It may not stick tomorrow, but I'm going to claim it anyway.
That puts me at goal for New Years. I'm not going to lower my goal. Instead, my goal is not to gain during the next two weeks. Despite the salty ham that we'll eat on Christmas day, the temptation of holiday tamales and the short course of steroids that I just started, I'm sure I can do it. I am VERY determined to lose more weight.

Well my stats are as follows,

    218 start
    209 current
    202 goal 7lbs to go.

Im gonna work my butt off this week and next week and try to get at least half of that shaved off if not all. Not sure if I need to eat sloppy or get strict with the eating, lost 3lbs last week eating sloppy. Will definetly increase the activity level tho.

302/199/160, 103lbs down, 39 to go, simply remarkable.

Oh, Megan Rose, thank you. I didn't realize what I was getting in to when I started. I just wanted a challenge to join so I made my own. But it has been fun. It's so great to be here and get encouragement.

Just 11 more days! My office holiday party has been moved to next week so I don't have that to deal with this week and I am having Christmas at my house with my mom so I can control all the cooking. Another good week and weekend and I should be seeing 340 soon enough.

Well I had dinner at the grandma's house tonight with the family.... and it was pure sabotage... lol. Well I guess not on purpose, but it really could have killed my weight loss goals! This is what was on the table: breaded Lake Erie perch, potatoes, coleslaw(with sugar), German beer bread, rice pilaf, applesauce, and banna bread. Dear god there were so many carbs I could have eaten, but I am proud to say that although I didn't eat a variety of anything, I think I got away from the table in under 5 carbs. Only at the fish(and pulled alot of the breading off) with mayonaise/red pepper "tartar" sauce and about 3 tbs of applesauce. I'm actualy very proud of the fact that I didn't abandon my WOL just because there weren't any LC options. SOrry.. just so excited that I didn't sabotage myself even though failure was sitting right in from on me. So hopefully all my green tea and my clean eating will pay off for tomorrow's weigh in!
