| I think I am going to join this thread, if nobody minds 1283 calories and 21 grams carbs. My range is 1200-1500 calories and 20-30 carbs. making a HUGE effort to stay within that range this weekend!! |

| Sshimmer, all are welcome. I thought today was going to be awful because not one hour after breakfast I was starving (apparently hadn't eaten the right stuff for breakfast) and had lunch (a hamburger and cauliflower with cheese). But turns out that did it and now I haven't been hungry again today. So if I have a good supper I'll be OK. I should be at 1554 calories and 38 carbs if I eat as much as I have plugged in to fitday.

| Did very well with calories today (a little low even) and OK with carbs. Ate well, had a better Sunday than I have had for a while. 1356 calories and 44 carbs.

| I was so busy today, decorating house for holidays and hanging lights outside, plus grocery shopping day. I actually managed to eat breakfast lunch and dinner between all the running around and chores but just small on the go type foods, so calories are WAY down. Will make sure to eat more tomorrow, Im sure I will be starving when I wake up. Calories - 527 Carbs - 17 |

| I went to watch football Sunday so you can guess the result of that. But calories were not bad at 2500. Carbs were 110 but I chose to have pasta with dinner. I was just in the mood for it. I'm not particularly sorry but I will get back on the wagon today! Gonna try for 1500 calories and 35 or less carbs today and tomorrow.

| Narrowly missed a disasterous McDonald's meal today by going to their website, to see what damage I would actually do by having a Big Mac, fries and diet coke for lunch: 910 calories, 47 grams of fat, 1260 mg of sodium and 93 carbs ~~~~ EEEKKKK! :eyes: It's part of a pattern - on plan for two/three weeks and then junk food detour. I managed to dodge that disaster with repeated visits to the nutritional values page (and I actually put it in fitday as a custom food). Today - 1,131 calories, 88 grams of fat, 18 carbs and 57 grams of protein. Hooray:jumpgreen - No Disaster to report! :jumpgreen

| Tina - Yes and if you supersize it you won't need to eat at all the rest of the day (week?). We seem to be doing good this week. Let's keep it up! 2100 calories and 47 carbs for me yesterday. That's within the margin for error of my acceptable range. But Not what I was hoping to do to counteract my T-day weight gain. I think I will just adopt the mindset that it's okay to maintain my current weight until the holidays are over. Not that I'll give up trying, just taking the pressure off. Stress hormones, like cortisol, cause weight gain.

| Really low on the calories today (837) and 17 carbs. 50% of the food today was vegetables, but I need to get in more food on Wednesday.

| I did really well today as well. Tomorrow I am making fresh tuna steaks with sauteed veggies. MMMMM. Should be agood day then as well. I finally feel back on track. 1432 calories and 29 carbs.
