| Seem you're all doing well! Not me yesterday. I don't even know how many calories I had but I'd estimate a little above 3000. But I think carbs were about 50 so that wasn't so bad.

| Glo: Keeping my fingers crossed :great: Rob: Fifty carbs, that's not so bad. Much better than the 93 that I was contemplating at McDonald's ![]() Still doing well - 1,535 calories and 30 carbs today. Had a really simple, and enjoyable dinner of chicken and sauteed vegetables.

| BAck on track yesterday with 1710 calories and 37 carbs. I wish I hadn;t bought the box of lC ice cream cones (nutty buddy clones). That's 210 calories and 10 carbs that I could have done without. Ah well there's only one left and I only buy this type of treat on rare occasions.

| Well, I blew my good days by having a 2000 calorie 81 carb day. But I tell you what, I still got into my new decade. Of course I won't stay if I keep having those bad days. I am not going to dwell but try and do well this weekend.

| Somewhat better today. At least I didn't stop at the store like I wanted and get a donut. I had some banana bread I made for people for Christmas so I am not even sure of my totals exactly.

| Cushie: Good for you! I wanted a donut today when I stopped for some coffee, but opted for just the coffee instead. 1,931 calories (including a tasteless Boca meatless burger), 78 g of fat, 40 carbs and 106 grams of protein.

| Glad you're abck online Glory! Noel and Tina - Good job passing up a donut! Try some mayo mixed with chili-garlic sauce for the boca burger next time. I almost did well but ate dinner too early so I needed a bedtime snack. 2300 calories and 57 g carb.

| Yeah! It's the weekend. I really need to stick to the challenge. It is always tough for me. At work, it is so easy to avoid the no-nos but at home the pantry is full of stuff that I shouldn't eat. I just need to keep busy. I am down 6 pounds and I would like to continue through the holidays with a loss.

| Halfway through the weekend! Still able to report in without blushing (always a good sign). 1,961 calories, 103 grams of fat, 33 carbs and 72 grams of protein. Sodium and fat is a (little) high today. Need to watch that for next week.....
