| Noel - Doing Good! 36 carbs is not bad at all. I did well on calories at 1530 but overdid carbs at 50. I just couldn't eat the brats and sauerkraut without buns (natures own wheat n' Fiber). But like Noel I'm going to keep on a while longer keeping things on the low side. MAybe if I control the weekdays I can do the Christmas cheats without suffering the consequences. Not that I am planning any cheats, just being realistic.

| I have been doing well. The Christmas goodies have been coming in fast and furious at work. So far, I have not indulged!!! I did have a chocolate covered pretzel at home last night. I was proud to have stopped at just one. Right now, I have made it back to my signature weight! The weekend looms ahead - but I have so much shopping to do, I don't think I will have time to think about food LOL!

| Great job on resisting those temptations Glory! Today was a salad day. Salad for lunch and dinner. So my calories were low. But that's really what I felt like. Salad. 1160 calories and 19 carbs. If I can make it through the weekend under 30 carbs I will be doing well. I really wanted to make it a whole induction week (though the pear threw that off).

| Glory - Good job! Glad you've remained strong. Noel - You're doing very well this week! Keep it up. I had another good day today. 1525 calories and 44 carbs. I think I'll weigh-in tomorrow morning just to see where I'm at.

| 2,146 calories and 51 carbs today. Four hours of dance class - so the extra calories should be o.k.

| OK, it's teh weekend so I was really trying to stay on track. Did really well with carbs, a little high on my "ideal" calories but still well within my allowable limit. If I can keep it up tomorrow I will have succeeded in breaking my bad weekend trend. 1851 calories and 36 carbs.

| Tina - I agree - 4 hours of dance definitely eats up any excess calories and then some. Noel - Good luck today! I did pretty good yesterday despite some temptations to go for a few glasses of wine with friends. But I will be doing that monday but will try and limit damage. Today is the challenge - Football Sunday. Anywho yesterday 1670 calories and 37 net carbs. AND I"m half a pound down from my signature weight!

| Pretty good today - 1,515 calories, 66 grams of fat, 36 carbs and 50 grams of protein. Stayed in today - which helped with the calorie/ carb intake.

| I can't believe I made it through today unscathed. I had peanut butter and celery and that satisfied any need to binge. 1669 calories and 31 carbs.

| Very Good Tina and Noel!! Just calculated the damage from football Sunday. Ouch but I've hurt myself worse on past Sundays. 3500 calories and 87 net carbs. I was smart enough this time to bring an oven stuffer roaster chicken and cooked it up for everyone. That kept me from having to depend on the snacks for meals liek I usually have to. No one wants a real dinner but once it's cooked and set out they always eat a plate.

| Ouch, Rob, but you always bounce back. And yes, I've done worse damage carb-wise as well in the last month. Today was a good day for me. Gotta make it through next week. Two good weeks in a row would be a great new start. 1390 calories and 30 carbs.

| Glad everyone else is doing well! I got back on the wagon yesterday with 1500 calories and 31 net carbs. Need to do that for today and tomorrow and that should counteract Sunday.

| Hi, there! Brand new at this 'board' (but definitely not new to LC). I desperately need some kickstarting and would really appreciate knowing what a "CCC" is. Can anyone provide a summary? I will be back "on the LC track" and into full and proper LC after the holidays, re-inducting for starters. |
