Swam 1200 yards tonight--500 of it really hard. . .I was exhausted when I finished those 20 lengths!

1000 yards today--arms were dead from yesterday and with TOM hitting hard I was eaking it easy today!

saturday - hour water aerobics, not enough people for water volleyball... darn
sunday , took day off (actually cleaned house, moved furniture and moved boxes - getting ready for mom)
today swam 1/2 mile and did 25 min toning, aerobics etc.... al

swimming 600 yrads approximately--heater out in the pool--actually it is ON and won't shut off so the water was VERY warm--over 90.

500 yards and I needed a good long tiring swim--but I ddi climb a 12 ft lasdder at work 25X today so I guess I got some of a workout anyway!

I know everyone here is doing extremely well... and I'm so glad! I have a bit of news from another set of boards.... in the OWL section of the boards... there is a running total of how much we have lost as a group on LCE.com, so if you could take a moment and add in your weight loss to date(and then add more as you continue to lose), it would be great! I swam 1600 yards tonight--I was shaking so bad I almost fell back into the pool when I crawled out--but I feel good about it too!

thurs: 55 mins cardio, 60 min pilates class
fri: early morning body pump class, then back for 50 mins cardio in the evening

Swam 1,000 yards today--very slowly actually--but I needed to just owrk the kinks out not sprint today to get the soreness out after 1600 yards.

sun: 60 mins cardio, lifted legs. have added jump roping to my workout mix - should help blast calories!
