| mon nite: 45 mins cardio and 60 min body pump class. tomorrow is my 26th bday, and i'm off work for the rest of the week. i am looking forward to some nice, long workouts and lots of relaxing. |

| Anniversary on WEdnesday--I know that will be a day I will choose to eat whatever I want--15 years and counting--I bought DH a Satellite Radio Receiver and Car Dock so it can go in the van or his car...I know he will love it...I swam 1200 yards today in about 40 minutes and I did NOT stop at all!

| Swam 1000 yards yesterday--today will be shopping again...DH has to get new uniforms and tags and all...it costs a ton to get promoted! EEEEKKKKK!!!

| havnt been on coputer for a while, just don't get on at hoome much... off from work, mom here, enjoying her company, I did get in four days last week, t,w, th water aerobics, friday got in 1/2 mile swim and some toning. this week so far two days of water aerobics, plan on two more of those and one day of swimming. c

| glad you're doing well, carolyn! sun: 50 mins cardio and 60 min pilates class mon: 60 mins cardio and lifted legs have been running quite a bit - and i can really see a difference! i think it's one of the best forms of cardio (i actually have read that swimming is best) ... and i feel thinner after a few days of running! |

| Y was closed Monday--well, the aquatics area was anyway so no swim...will swim 1600 tomorrow unless the arms fall off first!!!! Will try to get another easy swim in Thursday then off for Fri/Sat/Sun and back to the real work Monday! C--I too feel smaller after funning a few days in a row--but my knees...more specifically knee--right one--teh left one was corrected when I had surgery in high school...gives me too many problems--not while I am running but after a few days of it I have a lot of pain issues with it so I am sticking to swimming and hoping that somewhere around 150 I can get back into it...

| You guys are awesome! Carolyn you are still the model of consistency, something I could use a little more of. Lori, are you growing gills yet? Great going with the swimming. Carrie happy belated B-day! Hope you are enjoying your time off. I'll be joining you next month as I really need to get back on track again. I've slacked off quite a bit with my eating and my workouts. So great to see you guys still at it! Congratulations on such great work! You are certainly an inspiration to me. gregg aka yoyo-man

| gregg!! i was so excited to see your post! how are things going? come back and join us in the new year - don't beat yourself up for falling off track ... it happens! ok, i am still battling a cold/sinus infection (NOT happy about it) .... but last nite i managed to do 50 mins cardio and a 60 min pilates class. |

| Yes gregg, I am still trying to get to the gym 5-6 days a week. Today did two hours of water aerobics, yesterday, none, cause my pool was closed, had to go to the south side of town today. You just have to do it, make it part of your daily schedule, and don't waiver. I get up early and am at the gym at 6am 5 days a week, before work, seems to work for me, then I can't say after work, I am too tired, don't want to go , don't want to do it....etc. so, maybe you need to pick a different time and stick with it ... new years is a good time to get back on track.... seems like you do this every year.... maybe this will be a new year for you and keep it up a little better. I slacked off on my food since mom has been here, but kept up on the exercise. When she leaves on monday, I am going to purge all sugar, flour, etc. al from my system and start a 100 day cheat free challenge. take care see you soon (on the web) c

| I didn't swim today--taking care of DH;s promotion and DD's new fish...I guess I could swim in the tank...LOL...I needed to swim today, but her eit is after4:30 and I jsut got home. I am beat too yet...very sleepy.

| hey gang .... blah! i hate being sick!! and i have big plans for NYE - so i REFUSE to let this carry on!! i am drinking lots of H2O and taking meds. funny thing is - i feel TOTALLY fine when i go work out! must be the endorphins or something. so against my mother's warnings (ha!), i went to the gym today for 50 mins of cardio and lifted shoulders. |
