| I've been working 10 and 10-1/2 hour days this week, I've been too dern tired by the time I get home...hopefully I have a regular day today and I can go tonight!!!

| Tks for starting this, I have been swamped in my life, work, avon, christmas mom coming for christmas.... I have been pretty good about going to the gym, did take a few days off before and after thanksgiving.... just needed to give my body a rest, it was crying for some... anyway, this week I went wed. and thursday, swam wed, and water aerobics on thursday. didn't go today, next day I can go is sunday. so take care all, will check in when I can., c

| Swam tonight--about 45 minutes--but only did lasps for about 15 of that--then just played with DD.

| fri: 50 mins hard cardio (elliptical & bike) and lifted shoulders sat: 50 mins cardio and 60 min pilates class am wearing that revealing/sexy tube top (fancy) tonite to the concert w/ BF and friends ... feeling good about showing off my toned muscles! |

| Swam 1200 yards in 36 minutes today--I am getting faster and I can tell that my lungs are clearing too. . .I swam straight through and didn't have to use my inhaler at all today!!!! Amazing what a good stiff antibiotic will do for a sinus infection. I am hoping that I will not get the flu this year--I usually the shot with the flu--within like 3 or 4 days...

| Didn't make the gym yesterday, but I did go today, swam 1/2 mile, and did 25 minutes of water aerobics and toning. back in the groove. c

| Will swim tonight hen I have another Christmas get together--and another tomorrow night and I think they are basically all done with until Christmas Eve when we have our family gift exchange! We may have some people over Christmas day--haven't decided yet! I am going to try to get 1200 yards in again today!!!

| great job everyone. tues: 60 mins cardio (i call it 20/20/20 ... 20 running, 20 biking, 20 elliptical, one after another) and lifted biceps. |
