Only three mugs today--it is almost 9:00 and I have only been home about 30 minutes! Will be in bed by 10 tonight if it kills me!

Only got in one cup today. I had a lot going on and didn't even get in my water. I can't slam a ton now either...I need a good night's sleep.

Tomorrow I will do better on both the water and the tea front!

Seven cups for me! I think this is a record. I made some up in advance and chilled it. Hot green at work and iced green when I came home.

I got in FIVE cups today!!!!!

Ang, I LOVE Bengal Spice. It's from my stash of teas, so I know I will like it!!!!

When I'm out and about or going to work, I make a BIG mug of tea or two, let it cool down and pour it into one of my empty water bottles. That way, I can take it on the go. I even take it with me when I'm running to the store. It goes with me EVERYWHERE I go. When I go back to work, one of my evening rituals will be getting my tea ready to take with me the next morning. I used to do that with my coffee, which I drank "iced."

Mary Kay, about that dribble . . . I sorta had the same problem, but have learned to consiously make sure I have voided all I can. I think those muscles weaken as you get older (I am 58). So when you think you are "done", sit a few seconds longer and "push" to make sure it's all out! As indelicate as this may sound, at my age, there is no such thing as a "quick pee."

And Barb, thanks for the water info. I think I will drop back to 68 oz. water (Atkins standard) and 32 oz. GT.

LOL about weighing at night! I do that sometimes, just to get a feel for how much water weight I lose at night. It tends to be around 2 pounds. I put it down to being a good body detective!

I'm getting in my tea - pouring my second cup to take to work with me.
I love the green tea/bengal spice mix. The instructor at my evening class makes fun of the smell of my bengal spice - but I love the smell. I'll leave the bag in a cup on my desk just cause it smells so good.
I think TOM is finally passing this month - the scale said 185 this morning- YEAH!!

I got in a large mug yesterday (one of those two handed kinds) and started on another one last night but fell asleep watching a movie. I'll get it all in today!

Im really getting my tea in this time. Instead of using the 10 oz mug, i use 2 tea bags in a 20 oz mug and double my tea in the morning before going to work. then i try to get in a mug at work and one when i get home. so far its working beautifully. No losses to report tho, however body is reshaping so wonderfully. inches are coming off. And as long as the inches are moving and the body is reshaping i dont consider my self in a stall, i see it as reconstruction.

    Renee:

    I'm betting it's Celestial Seasonings.

Three cups of green tea so far this morning. Still the STASH green tea. Alas, the rest just don't taste the same to me.
