Got mine in today......I went to the Lipton website to get info for another post....and decided to email them and ask them the all important question: When are they going to make bottled Green Tea. (Unsweetened and Sweetened with Splenda versions) I will let you all know what their answer is!
I know Arizona makes a bottled green tea. I've had it and it's good. Someone mentioned something about the honey in it....

Been getting my 5-6 cups a day in and doing better with my water. I use the CS antidioxant, cs decaf at night and I also hae the lemon/honey one at work. According to the box,no carbs in the lemon/honey one either and with the ginseng in it-gives me a boost in the afternoon when I need it. My back desk looks like a tea store.

I am watching the holiday weight come off slowly this week. so far 3lbs gone but not quite to signature weight-have discovered, it sure isn't worth it. not sure about inches-today is weigh day at curves so guess that will tell the story.

Everyone is doing so good at this. Keep it up.

I'm almost at my SIG WEIGHT once again!!!!! WOOOHOOOO!!!!!! I went to Sam's Club yesterday (after digging out the end of my driveway) and bought a pair of size 8 pants!!!!!!!! I don't remember the last time I wore that size, probably not since my divorce (from first husband) in 1986. I had lost a lot of weight then, not because I was eating healthier, believe me!!!! I was eating icky stuff that wasn't appealing, so I didn't eat much. I looked sickly then, almost anorexic. It was bad.

Barb, that is AWESOME!!!
I am SOOOO happy for you.
:jump:
A size 8???? I haven't been that since JUNIOR HIGH!!
You know, I am so glad y'all told me about this green tea thing. It really does seem to be working. I feel like ALL the bloat is gone already and I've only been doing this a few days.
I'm in a *personal challenge* with myself right now -- not to weigh for 3 weeks -- so I won't know how it's affecting the scale for a while. Even so, it has another beneficial side effect: It's a bit of an appetite suppressant! Drinking this all day long keeps me from getting the munchies.

Four cups of tea today. I'm trying not to go overboard (tipped into 5 yesterday, and couldn't sleep).

Yesterday got in 48 oz instead of my usual 32 oz to make up for the day before being so awful. Still feeling a little bloated today though. I need to get in my water!

Today I have already had my 32 oz green tea and I forgot about the water...OK I just slammed 16 oz water like a frat boy would a beer. I need to keep up on the water at work because I can't drink more than 4-16 oz glasses in the evening or I am in the BR all night.

I agreed that CS is the best flavored tea. I love the decaf mint green tea. So good.

For some reason, I'm REALLY dragon today. I took a nap and still have NO energy. I may have missed my vits, PLUS I did A LOT of physical stuff yesterday. Hopefully tomorrow will be better. I took them today.

I took someone's advice here, and am trying for at least 4 cups a day. It really has become a habit that I love! I never would have thought though. I have never liked tea, esp iced, but I like it a lot when its hot.
I agree it curbs the appetite - if I feel like snacking, I'll fix tea instead. That has really made the difference.

I was out of tea this morning, having drank the last of it last night. So, here I sit, late at night drinking my "mandatory" 3 cups! It's chilly here, so I brewed up a pitcher of iced and also made me a cup of hot!

Oh, yeah......I was down 2 pounds this morning! I'm still 5 pounds over my lowest weight of 2004. But, I'm working on it!

I went to bed early tonight only to wake up to throbbing ear pain. I NEVER get ear infections. I wonder what's up with that??? I laid down in bed to watch our "Return of the King" LOTR DVD and fell asleep 15 mins into it. (The Oelephant battle scene also helped wake me up, it was LOUD) So I brewed a cup of green with the Gingerbread Spice CS tea and threw in a touch of Eggnog syrup. OH YUMMY!!! I popped an excedrin PM and a half. The ear has stopped aching a little but the sleepy feeling hasn't quite come over me yet. But soooooon..........I hope this thing goes away by tomorrow. It felt a little stuffy too. I wonder if I just have water in it from washing hair dye out of my hair at the kitchen sink the other day. I hope that's all it is and isn't a middle ear infection. Hopefully the benedryl in the Ex PM will dry it up. No WONDER babies cry so much when they get ear infections, the whole half of my head hurt. And I DON'T want to go on antibiotics. Tomorrow will be a Kefir day for me. It's so full of wonderful probiotics, it should help my system knock this out.

I got my four cups in. Maybe even five. I don't remember if I made and drank that fifth cup I was thinking about or not.

Barb: We're doing LOTR here, too. Sonly and I just watched the first installment Wednesday and Thursday. Today, we watched some of the special features that included the set, make-up, props and interviews. Tomorrow we start LOTR installment number two...then after some special features we'll be on to the wrap up LOTR dvd that my son got for Christmas. (Yes, we are a bit anal when it comes to watching movies. Last week we rewatched Spiderman before we watched sonly's new Spiderman 2.)

My ear still aches a bit this morning. Plus I woke up with a stiff neck again today. I'm going to have to have DH give me a massage.

Isn't LOTR just THE best!!!! I LOVE these movies. I need to finish book one and start on book two. It's easier to read the books after seeing the movies. Although, I'm finding they did the movies differently than in the books and they've left out entire parts (which they always do for movies or they would last for DAYS)

Got my first cup of GT right here. I'm up a pound today and don't know why. The 130's are just being so elusive here today, gone tomorrow. One of these days, it will stick for good.

Share the love (or at least try to)

I went out with my college roomate for her birthday yesterday, and gave her the cutest red teapot (for one) with a cup on the bottom (part of the teapot, if you've never seen one of these before).

I also gave the disclaimer "if you're not into this, you can give it back to me" before I gave it to her.

She loved it, but I have to laugh. I'm so into tea now that I wanted to keep the gift. I may have to go back and get one for myself
