I am on my first cup--late start today...went to bed late didn't set the alarm...missed church...bad, bad, bad...but will get some things done here at home today too. TOM is about to smack me down hard...usually happens sometime after the 5th of the month...and I am thinking today is the day...cramps starting...any great tea concoction to cure this crud?

Yesterday's post made me dig out my own tea for one set (it has frogs on it - one on the lid and several that are on the middle of the tea pot where the cup connects with the pot).

Made myself a pot of green tea this morning with SF white chocolate and I'm on cup three - as happy as a clam.

Yesterday was a busy, running around in the rain day. All I got in was 1 cup of green tea. And I was really missing it! Long story...but I was stuck in a city I'm not all that familiar with for about two hours because of a miscommunication about my assignment. As I sat in a library parking lot while the rain beat on my windshield, I kept thinking, "I could really enjoy sitting here in the rain if I had a cup of green tea."

Today, I'm off to a much better start. Two down and two more cups heating in the microwave.

Headed out to TJ Maxx and scored on the Davinci SF syrups. Picked up caramel, cinnamon (Hmmnnn), white chocolate, amaretto, hazelnut and kahula.

Can't wait to try different flavors in the green tea. :jump:

Tina, I think I'll check out TJ Maxx and Cash and Carry before I order online.....I'm excited!
Melissa, I just hate it when I get stuck out without my plan foods and drinks! So sorry you got put into that predicament! :(

Barb, how's the ear today?

I have been totally faithful to this green tea challenge since I started over on the 28th of December. My 6 weeks will be up on Feb. 8........and I've already met my goal! I've lost 10 pounds since the 28th. So, with the help of green tea (I agree with MK, I can't pin this loss on any one factor) I've dropped the "Christmas weight" in 12 days!! I know that the weight I gained was partially water weight, so I'm sure the diuretic effect fo the tea, along with the GALLON of water I'm drinking daily really helped flush that out.

I had gained from 222 to 224 prior to Christmas because of TOM. Needless to say, I'm happy about the loss, in spite of the fact I'm mad at myself for gaining it back in the first place!

I've had at LEAST 3 cups of green tea per day.....even if I was drinking the last cup before bed (doesn't seem to interfere with my sleep).

The Earl Grey Green is marvelous! I will continue to make my iced GT with the plain bags, but for those hot single or double cups, I'll have the Earl Grey Green. I made a double this morning, using one plain and one Earl Grey Green and it was good!

Tina, I just LOVE cinnamon, so I'm going to have to find some to try. Thanks for the update on the flavors.
I got 4 cups in today - used raspberry in one, and amaretto in another. Pretty good. The others were mandarin flavored to begin with, so had those with stevia.

I got my four cups in today. I may have a fifth one before bedtime. Either that or a mock rootbeer float. I haven't decided yet.

I want one! My Kroger quit carrying Keto's Vanilla Moon ice cream. I used it with Diet A&W Rootbeer to make floats this summer. What do you use?

Wow, Shelley . . . down 5.5 since Jan 1 . . . that is awesome!

I am starting to drink 4 to 6 cups of GT a day. I drink 16 ounces at a time. Was wondering, though, in a 16 oz. cup, should I use one tea bag or two? I currently use 1 bag and was thinking maybe that's not enough of all the good stuff. Might be too "watered down." Anyone have a clue?

Just an opinion, but I would use two tea bags. My friend, who has been drinking green tea for 20 years, tells me that you should use a bag for every 6 ounces of water.
