| Alaina, just do the best you can, that's all you can do!!!! Can you make some in the morning or the night before and pour it into a water bottle and bring it with you for lunch? That's great your mom is drinking it now!!!!!

| Shimmer, I have had a couple of those OMG moments on the scale. Problem is, they were never good OMG moments. <sigh> I only got in 3C today but that's because I didn't spend much time in the office. Maxibee, there have been nights when I've awoken at 3 or 4 a.m. thinking I was going to lose my kidney's out of my back because they were bulging and threatening to burst. Oh the pain....and the ecstacy of that final release! LOL

| Been under the weather last few days-haven't gotten water or tea in like i normally do. Nor has the food been the best-not bad choices, just not eating much. I sure can feel the difference without the tea and water-bloating settled into my fingers. Goal for today-drink my 5 cups of tea and 80 oz of water. |

| Question for you all: Do you find drinking too much liquid Splenda (with your GT) causes cravings? I have upped my GT to about 5-6 cups and love drinking it sweet. But I have noticed those sneaky little cravings popping up. I do have some Stevia. I think today I will try half liquid Splenda and half Stevia.

| I haven't found the splenda to trigger cravings for me at all, course, I am using stevia and a DASH of flavorings in my tea.

| Mary and Tracy and anyone else who is new and wants to add the logo, copy this code: [ img]http://tinyurl.com/3t7dz[ /img] Copy and pasting (drag your mouse over the code with the left mouse button pressed to highlight it, right click, select the "copy" function in the gray pop-up box) (this puts the code in the "copy" buffer on your computer) Then go up to the top of the page here and find "User CP" and click on that. That will take you to YOUR editing page. Find "Edit Signature", click on that, then in the text box, right click, click the "paste" function in the gray pop up box. Then take the space out of the brackets surrounding the [x img] [x /img] tags, where there's a little X here) Scroll to the bottom of your "edit Signature" page and hit the submit button. (Save Signature ) That should do it!!! The logo should appear in the first post of each new page of any thread you write to. It won't appear on any subsequent posts on the same page the first one appeared on.

| For any OTHER logos you want to add, follow the same instructions above, BUT before you do that, you have to get the code for it. Here's a shortcut on how to do that. Let's say you want to join the "Couch Fauxtato" group. You would RIGHT click on that image in my (or any others) post. That will pop up a gray box, where you must first select "Properties"-at the bottom of the box, that shows the "http:" code for it. Highlight it the same way I had you highlight the TEA image code, drag your mouse over it to copy it. Then go to your User CP page and right click it in the text box for your signature. ADD the [img] tags the same way they are written for the TEA code and Save your signature edit again. You can always PREVIEW your signature before you submit it to see if it worked.

| Hi Everyone Thanks Barb for the great invite. I didn't realize the benefits of green tea or else i didn't really pay much attention to it. I've always drank like ice tea or some hot mint tea, but never just green tea. So far as of this morning, I've had 4 cups I believe cause i'm drinking it in rather large coffee cups. I just add splenda to mine, no milk or anything. Have a great day!
