| No tea again today. I had hoped to go shopping on my lunch break...but that didn't happen. One more day and my work week is over. I can't wait!

| Nancy, I drink decaf mint green tea from celestial seasonings. I really like it. Though today I only got in two cups and I have learned not to drink it late in the evening. So tomorrow I'll do better.

| Update...I had one cup of decaf green tea. And I have 99 unused bags...which should last me through Valentines Day. I bought five packages of 20 bags on sale for $2.69. The non-decaf was $2.99 for 48 bags. This is getting to be an expensive habit.

| kim-i agree. didn't get to the health store yesterday-we didn't even hit zero so my running around was very limited. goign to swing by there this AM before snowstorm hits and see what they have. I have been far from my normal 5-6 cups per day but plan on starting back today now that I am feeling better. haven't cared about much the last two weeks. |

| Yesterday was the first day since I restarted my Green Tea challenge (on Dec. 28) that I did not get in at least 3 cups! I had my 10 0z. bottle yesterday morning on the way to work, I forgot to have any of my Arizona Diet green at work. Darn! Then last night, I got sick and went to bed early..... I don't know what made me sick, but I know the first thing I wanted when I finally got up this morning (I slept from 9:45p.m. to 9:30 a.m.) was a big cup of green tea! It tasted sooooo good. I'm having water now, but I'm gonna have some more gt soon.

| Hey everyone. I was just doing some reading on the green tea challenge, and I think it sounds pretty good. As soon as the snow stops here I am going to run to the store and pick some up. Any brands that you recommend? Caffinated and decaf...Thanks |

| Hi Bud!!!! Welcome to the GT Challenge!!!!! Any kind of green tea will work. You can use the flavored, the plain, whatever you like. Just don't use any dairy in it..........that seems to negate the benefits. (I have one cup in the evening with half and half, but the rest are dairyless.) I buy mine at an Asian store where I can get 100 bags for 2.29. It's a deal and worth the trip. Where abouts are you from?..................We just got DUMPED on in the Chicago area. I don't know what the official amount is, but it looks like a foot out there to me. (I haven't been out all day. I guess I"ll have to shovel tomorrow.) After shovelling, it will be nice to come in for a HOT cup of tea. I've had ONE double today............just got up from a nap, so I better make another double.

| I finally got to the health food store (got a 5-minute free chair massage, to boot!) and bought some Yogi green tea with Chai and Yogi green tea with Kombucha. Excellent! That Kombucha sure is spicy. Had to have some plain water nearby, LOL! But very good and different. As an added bonus, the Yogi packages have a yoga exercise on them, which look interesting. Also an added bonus: for some reason I seem to like the Chai and Kombucha without sweetener! For me, that's a BIG bonus.

| Scott, I use whatever is available. I think the Lipton and Salada are fine. I drink mine just plain. BTW, does your screen name mean that you are in the honda/acura worship group with me? ... I have been a "true believer" since 1990 and current owner of the last of the Integras - 2001 GS-R.

| Green Tea Cup #6, and it's 10 AM. IT is STILL snowing HERE! I can't believe it. I shoveled 6 inches of snow yesterday, and the car is buried under at least 6 more. The green tea (nice and warm) is going to call to me all day. I only have 2 more bags of decaf, so hopefully I will be able to get out some time today.
