Only got 2 cups of green tea in yesterday-on the road all day. Didn't meet my water intake either, however, I did in eat on plan all day!! Right there is an accomplishment this week.
This morning down 2lbs so 1lb away from signature weight.

Barb, I had a week like that last month with Tom-i stayed right on track with food, drank 5 cups of green tea a day plus my water and lost a pound a day for 4 days. This month, not so lucky especially with the off plan eating that I did and not getting my tea or water allotment in. You're doing great!!

I think it's pretty cool that the tea has helped so many get those Christmas eating pounds off. I'm holding steady with the two pounds lost the other day. We went to SIL and BIL's last night. They cooked T-bones on their grill, (WHAT A TREAT) had green beans and salad. It was AWESOME. Had a half glass of wine with dinner and a couple of Diet 7-ups and whiskey during some card playing. Also sipped on my green tea I brought with and had water too. (Needless to say, I got to enjoy her bathroom decor several times, LOL) Then she brought out the rest of her Christmas cookies. She had made some merangues (or however you spell it) made with peppermint and splenda. So I had a few of those. But I also had 2 small regular cookies too. But the scale isn't showing any damage from them this morning, WOOHOO!!!! I'm off to Curves in a few minutes and will be working them off. Now if I can get this 140 to tip back into the 130's, I'll be a happy camper. OH and we stopped at Sam's club on the way to the in-laws' and I bought a size 8 pair of courduroys. I tried them on this morning and they FIT!!!! Good thing I bought the 8's and not the 10's, 'cuz the 8's are even a tad baggy on me. I just can't believe I've gone from an almost 16 to an 8. Slim feels SOOOOOO good. I wish that for you ALL!!!!!!!

I am back in my normal range--still not back to 162--but in that range where I had been falling since hitting 162 in October...I really think that it does help me stay within the range even if it isn't nelping losses right now. I do feel differently when I get all three cups in than when I don't so will keep doing it and while I have not been eating on a stellar level, I am maintaining so I guess I am doing OK!

Barb--I know how that is...I can scarcely believe I am in a 10 and that is down from a 22/24 jeans...Last year at this time I was wearing size 22 jeans and 3XLtops for the most part and here I sit in a sweatsuit that is a L-petite and baggy on me and a size M teeshirt. Congrats on the size 8!

Barb, Lori, and Noel.....you are ALL an inspiration to me! And you're all right: this green tea thing is fabulous! I was down another 3 pounds this morning to 227. Although I am certainly not thrilled with that number, I am happier with it than 234, which is where I was Tuesday morning!

I bought a bottle of Arizona Diet Green Tea w/Ginseng at Target tonight, waiting for DD's pizza to bake. It really is fabulous, but a tad on the expensive side....and the "hint" of honey concerns me, too!

I'm hearing about green tea EVERYWHERE now. The guy on the radio who's selling his own brand of supplements has now included green tea in them. It's in the magazines and the internet.....since Dr.Perricone was on Oprah, the green tea thing seems to have exploded! I'm glad something I like is actually good for me!

Noel!!! CONGRATULATIONS on that milestone! Isn't that an awesome feeling...do something nice for yourself one of these days as a reward...DH got me a day at a spa--massage, facial, manicure and pedicure...all I planned was the massage, the rest was my birhtday present from him...but even a nice hot bath with a couple of candles lit and something nice and bubbly in it is an awesome reward after baby is in bed! A new shirt or pair of pants...heck..new undergarments were one of those nice to me things along the way...you'll love this image...roling over in bed and your underwear not going with your body so you get tangled in them...that was my cue to get a smaller size!

Funny, Lori, I was thinking that yesterday when I was trying to straighten out my giant underwear under my outfit. They use to fit but got streched out as I grew. I have so many pair, 20 I think at last count. Use to have 30 but threw away some ratty ones. I never like to be without. I definitely need to get some new ones. Maybe that should be my treat. 20 new pair of underwear!

Got in my 48 oz in today. Darn I forgot to buy some tea at the store tonight. Well, I forgot some other things so I have to go back anyhow.
