I bought a ton of baby clothes at the Goodwill when I was pregnant. Haven't found a lot of good ones since then but a few, 99 cents a piece, can't go wrong.

Love the costumes, Maxibee.

I got in 40 ounces green tea today. I'm really liking this tea thing. I broke into a new decade with it as well.

I drank 5 12 oz cups as well as most of my water today for induction day 1...was shakey this afternoon but I know that is carb withdrawls and so was the headachy feeling I had all day! Its a good feeling, in a weird sort of way!

Just checking in...got in 3 cups of GT today - I scored big time at Marshalls the other day on DaVinci syrups - so I'm all set on tea! I found SF Caramel, Raspberry, and Amaretto for $5!

I'm not a very good thrift store shopper, but my mom is great at it!
She buys me things now and then but, to be honest, she's never been very good at buying me pants. Either they're too big, too short or too ugly. I'm somewhat picky about pants. I don't like side pockets because they make me look even wider than I already am.

If I looked in my closet, I'd say that 70 percent of my clothes are either thrift store, garage sale or hand me downs from two friends at church--that I got years ago. Maybe we should start a clothing swap.

I've gotta see if there is a Marshall's near me. I'm running out of Davinci syrups and they aren't cheap to buy online. I have the Caramel and Raspberry. I like them both, but I think my favorites so far are Hazelnut and English Toffee. I am looking foward to trying Irish Cream...I used to love to put a big splash of Bailey's in my hot cocoa during the winter...but I won't be doing that this year.

Maxi, COOL Pic!!!! Which one is YOU???? the blues brothers were just the funniest!!! John Belushi and Dan Ackroyd were so great at it. (John Belushi grew up one town away from me, how 'bout that!!! LOL, and NO I didn't know him!!!!)

Man, I haven't been to a thrift store for a long time, my DD keeps handing down clothes to me. She brought me a big bag of pants and sweatery type shirts. I feel really hip when I where her clothes, LOL. Pretty soon tho, I'm going to be handing down jeans to DH!!!! He'll be in heaven!!!!

Melissa, Irish Cream syrup is to DIE FOR if you're a Bailey's fan!!!! Do you have a cost Plus World Market nearby you???? You can get Torani sugar-free syrups there for $5.99, the same size as Davinci. That's where I buy my syrups, mostly.

Um, OH, yea, back to the topic at hand...............I've gotten in only 3 cups today. I betta hustle!!!!!

My city of about 150,000 people has NOTHING when it comes to shopping. That's the sad part about this poor community. We have plenty of 99-cent stores, several check cashing places and even a couple of pawn shops. But when it comes to stores--real stores, we are sorely lacking. There is a CostPlus about 30 miles away. I'll have to check it out next time I go. I want to try it's super dark chocolate that I've read about on this site.

I'm not much of a drinker, but I do love Bailey's (and Carolan's) Irish Cream on the rocks. I hate Emmett's, which makes me sad 'cause that's my daddy's name. There's something in it, anise or something, that ruins the flavor.

I had six cups of green tea today, two hot and four iced. Mmmmmm.....

Well, I'm only getting in 3 cups today......it's almost bedtime and I don't want to be gettin' up in the middle of the night.

Well I have to say that today was horrible for water and green tea. I won't even go into detail on the water, but I only had one cup of tea for breakfast, but with Andrew here and showing him around Cleveland everyday.... it just wasn't taking priority. I"ll get back on track tomorrow morning. I'll get back to my 5-6 cups a day and my 100 oz of water. Andrew was just a bit of a distraction(a good one) today.

When you are out and about, it's REALLY hard to get all the water in. When I need to go, I NEED TO GO!!! and it comes on suddenly. I usually RACE to the toidy when I get back from grocery shopping. And I don't load up on the water before-hand either. I gotta do way better on my water today!!!!!

Barb, isn't that "Oh no. I've gotta go," a real hassle?!?
I'll be doing just fine and then it just hits. Sometimes it's so bad that as soon as I get into the bathroom and see that porcelain potty, it's all I can do to get unzipped and ready for it.

Well I got up and started my day with a big cup of green tea and plan on getting in atleast 4 more today, but at night I usually end up drinking like 6 when I'm on the phone with Andrew... although it tends to make me pee like 40 times before I go to bed! But not a bad sideeffect for losign weight!
