| Anyway....I thought I would include green tea supplements....650 g. each....one in the morning and one in late afternoon. What are your opinions on this....do you think its too much? I havent come across ANY information saying there is a danger in TOO MUCH grean tea....but if any of you have I would surely like to know. Summer - the little toddler gif. in your sig. is ADORABLE |

| Well as I type, I'm sitting here drinking another cup of tea. THis time it's the giant travel mugs... and I had two of these big mugs(32 oz) already this evening. For the rest of the day, I had about 24 oz. So I figure I"m doing really good today. That's a total of 120 oz of green tea. I need to wkr on more water, but I got my minimum in, so 'm not that worried. I'm pretty sure the TOm is looking.... has the cramps and stuff today... so I'm not expecting a huge loss until it's over, but as long as it's a speedy downward trend, I'm not going to stress. |

| I drank my 32 oz at work and now have another 24 oz brewing as I type. I may regret it while getting up in the middle of the night but I feel like it, so I will suffer the consequences if they come. I'm having trouble getting the water and tea in at work still but I'm still trying.

| Hey Summer!!!!! Glad you could join us!!!!! I find that 4 cups is what I need to see any changes in the scale. I do 3 cups of regular during the day and a cup of decaf in the evening. Shimmer, I'm sure the sups would be just fine!!! Tea is a natural diuretic too, so that would explain the frequent trips to the toidy. Keep up the good work everyone!!!! I got a visit from TOM today, so I don't expect any loss for a few days.

| It's a little off, I haven't changed it since the holidays. But I'm an optimist, so I'm leaving it there for now. I'm actually about 141 right now, so it should read a couple pounds heavier. BUT after TOM leaves, I'm hoping it will be accurate again.

| Still here, still 228 (darnit!) and still drinking the tea. I've been good, so I'm hoping to see a whoosh soon.

| I posted earlier, but forgot to click the post reply button! LOL. To reconstruct . . . Is it FOUR cups a day now? I only got two in yesterday, but ALL my water. Finally back to 133, my pre-Xmas weight less half pound. The biggest challenge was to NOT eat any of the low carb treats I made for Xmas. I don't care if those are LC, I think when I do eat them they cause cravings. A quick question about water . . . is everyone decreasing the amount they drink as the weight comes off? 1/2 oz. per pound takes me to 66.5 oz. water. Put 32 oz. of GT on top of that . . . plus my 24-36 oz. of coffee in the AM. Lots o' drinkin going on.

| Welcome aboard Jess............it's NEVER too late to join the green tea challenge. It's not REALLY a challenge, just a board here where we can all crow about how much GT we drank. AND post any losses. I expect the losses to start pouring in soon, now that the holidays are over, the tempting foods are gone and we can get back to some regular kind of exercise schedule. Alida some of us are finding that we need to do 4 cups, but if 2 are working for you, that's great. I drink about 40 max oz of water. That's not as much as I SHOULD be drinking, but with the green tea, I get all the liquid my bod can hold. The half oz thing is just a suggested standard, but I suppose YMMV.
