Yet another smile on my sheet This morning I pulled out a pair of pants I hadn't worn for a couple of weeks. They were just a bit snug in the waist last time I had them on. This time - woohoo - buttoned and zipped with a little bit of room to spare. I am also noticing that my tops are a little roomier. Yipee - I am on my way!!!

well, today is day 100 for me. i had no idea-- i was thinking it was day 99 until i glanced at the calendar & realized it was 100. amazing. as i said a few posts back, i fully intend to keep on going, no plans to cheat no just because i've made it to 100. and i'm just wowed i've made it this far.

it gets easier every day. i can only imagine how easy it will be when i reach day 200, which is my next goal.

I know that I am Veryyyyyyy late lol But I need to start this challenge because I gained my weight back and then some, Plus I fell off the low carb diet big time. It's time to get this weight off.

Welcome Lady!!! It is never too late to start! I start 30 days ago and I can't believe it has already been a month cheat free. Go back to the beginning of this thread and print out your tracking sheet. It really helps to see it get filled with smiling faces Just remember, you have made a healthy choice - stick with it and the weight will come off

32 days and counting. I have been cheat free but I am afraid that I consumed too many calories this weekend :( This week, I will watch my calorie intake and drink lots of water. Still hanging in!!

you all are doing great, I started this challenge and havn't been able to keep it together for 100 days, but today is day one... and I am going to give it my all...
went to gym today and did 30 laps in pool and then about 20 min of water aerobics to round out my 40 minutes
already downed 2 quarts of water, need to start working on the next on.
ate real good already today
eggs/sausage/cheese taco. lc tortilla, salsa
lunch was chicken breast and salad with lettuce (green and red leaf), feta cheese, tomatoes, cukes and red pepper with red wine vinegarette
dinner we are going out, but Iknow how to handlethat...
one day at a time, one meal at a time.
