That is what I love about spring and summer - grilling!!! WTG on Day 3! You are doing great! I have sugar free jello on hand when I need something "sweet". It has helped me stay on track so far.

didn't do too bad yesterday, didn't do great, but I wrote everything down.
water aerobics this morning, good workout.
lunch today is left over chicken and coleslaw, and some strawberries and plain
yogurt.
breakfast was some of my scrambled eggs, cheese, sausage in a lc tortilla.
dinner, is taco salads, minus the bowl for me.

carolyn - keep taking it one day at a time. Sounds like you are doing great. The biggest thing is planning. Make your plan and stick to it! Did well yesterday - day 32! I also did my WATP again! I did the two mile. The one mile just isn't enough and I am not ready for the three mile. I am trying to do it everyday. I just have to keep at it. My DH keeps telling me I look thinner. Clothes are definitely fitting differently. Let's keep on going!!!!

glo, I know about planning, it is one of the things I have to do to eat right, but then there are times when I just want something....
you know....
I have sf pudding that I make using 2 -1/2 cups of whole milk and split it into 6 servings, so I have my choc. fix if I need it.
some days are harder to get thru than others....

Didn't exercise on Friday =( I did clean out my gardens on Saturday - I have muscles that are hurting I had forgotten I had LOL!!! I am still CHEAT FREE!!! Today is day 40! I got through the weekend without incident.

Glo, if I can make it thru this weekend (going out of town) I'll be good for another long stretch. I'm almost where I want to be, so I might start adding a treat here and there. Might have to redefine what a cheat is.....like is it a cheat to have a hot dog once a week? ......not really sure I guess right now...I sure LOVE the new me though!

i kinda liked the OLD you... *L* .. but i know what you mean.... the THINNER you.... which of course changes ALOT of things about a person....
one thing... it seems to make you HAPPIER... and that.. is ALWAYS a good change...

Coming up on another weekend! Today is day 44 for me! I need to stay away from the nuts for awhile. I have been craving something salty and they have done the trick of keeping me away from chips etc. Now I just need to limit the serving size. I had wonderful success the other night at a meeting where they served subway - I brought some hard boiled eggs with me and I stayed away from the sandwiches.
