| Made it thru day three, no hard cravings last night, did snack on some peanut butter and apple, but that was added to my count for the day. here comes the weekend, one of my hard times to get thru. hopefully I have enough committment to this woe/l that i won't cave in. no gym today, body need extra sleep. yesterday my counts were 68 gram carb with 11 fiber, so net of 57, but calories were a little high 1875 the peanut butter did it,... will have to watch eating that., maybe forget i have it for a while. c

| 9 days down! I'm so glad we started this challenge! It's always in the back of my mind as I'm figuring out what to eat for the day. Keeps me honest, so to speak. Can't figure out why I can't see the "morphing" part of the logo, though. I can see the logo, just not the pics, only the ? and words. Anyone know? Great job to everyone for staying so determined with this challenge!

| Mada, I'm like you, this challenge is always in the back of my head. Yesterday when I went grocery shopping with my daughters they each bought a donut...FRESH BAKED donuts from the bakery....god they smelled so good, DD#1 had an apple fritter, MY FAVORITE! I can't really explain that urge that comes on when something I used to eat and love is right in front of my face...you know, like in my head, I could TOTALLY see myself taking my daughter out and ripping that donut out of hand! *LOL* But in the back of my head I kept hearing "100 days, 100 days, 100 days" and I relaxed and ignored the donuts, and the smell, and the sticky fingers they were licking Then as we were going through the check out stand DD#1 grabbed a snack bag of doritoes and DD#2 grabbed a package of butter cakes. So all the way home they were eating those in the car...."100 days, 100 days, 100 days" My new mantra LOL |

| I kept telling myself I would fail my 100 day challenge last night when I wanted pizza so badly. I'm even staying away from the lc chocolate and any homemade lc treats I have until after I finish re-inducing. But I am almost through day 12, 88 to go...boy that sounds like so many.

| I'd sure like to join this dedicated crowd. If I start tomorrow 100 days will be up on my birthday! I really need the extra motivational kicks in the you-know-where. You guys are doing so great. My hardest times are the evenings. Snacks, snacks and more snacks. Got to get a grip on that issue. |

| Yeah I have to think that the 88 days are going to pass and if I eat right they will pass a little nicer with a better outcome. Tonight I put on my workout pants that I had just washed this morning and the legs were actually loose. That's a first time with these new pants. No cheating really is making a difference in inches already!

| Is it a cheat if it is something you always have and it is planned? I always make pancakes (LC with S syrum) for Saturday breakfast...They are not necessarily induction food, but I am going to eat them anyway...then make sure the rest of my carbs come from my veggies...but would you guys consider that a cheat? It is a very processed food...hmmmmm? What do the experts say??????

| Yeah Noel! It really does make a big difference! I am still shrinking little bit by little bit...even though the scale refuses to cooperate! Keep up the good work...and keep working out...I am struggling to get back into shape after a 2 1/2 week break werhe I only worked out 3 X...really bad idea--but the Y was closed 4 days of each week.

| Lori, I don't consider eating something a cheat unless it puts you over your carb, calorie limit for the day. 5 down; only 95 more to go
