| Tomorrow's goal: find a WATP tape to try out. Noel - this is your fault! All your raving about these tapes has me VERY intriqued. Gotta find one!

| Good for you, Mada! Tomorrow I am ordering the 4 mile DVD from amazon. Still going strong. I think I am on day 13, wait that can't be right. I don't know I'd have to go look at the paper on the fridge. But it doesn't matter. I'm resisting temptation. I could count the lc candy as a half a cheat. It's on sale right now buy one get one free at the grocers but I didn't but any. I'm going to do without until TOM is here and then maybe I'll indulge if my chocolate lust is too great.

| Six days down - had a great salad and some home-made beef patties (on a pound of ground beef I just add an egg, paprika, a bit of baking soda, salt, pepper and I grate just a little bit of an onion to taste, mix it all together, leave it stand for 10 minutes and then make patties and fry them on med-high. They're very tasty and have virtually no carbs)... |

Noel: I wouldn't count LC candy as a cheat as long as the carbs fit into your eating plan level. I got my WATP 1- and 2-mile dvd at Best Buy. I think it was $12.99.

| Hi Everyone I'm doing pretty well this week, I've upped my minutes on the treadmill and even took a spinning class. Of course I hated every second of it, and of course I signed up for another one LOL. I didn't weigh myself, do you all have a day that you check in with that?? Have a great day!

| Tracy, what is a "spinning class?" My first thought was that it had something to do with the yarn. Then I figured it must be exercise...and the only thing that comes to mind is that spinning things kids do on the floor when they are break dancing. I think I'm old and out of touch with the real world. LOL

| Melissa Spinning class is on a stationary bike in a group where you set different tensions and this whole thing goes on for an hour, but let me tell you, its a definate workout. I like it cause I can go at my own pace even if miss 20 year old 90 pound wonder woman is beside me lol. I hated it, but i loved that i felt really great when i was done with it.

| Made it thru my birthday staying on track, a friend made me Mada's lc cheesecake and I got one piece... (have 4 left gonna freeze in individual packets) lunch - taken out by office mates, went to jasons deli for salad bar, didn't eat any muffins, ice cream, or crackers... just lettuce, spinach, carrots, cauflower, olives, some of their Asian chicken salad, cherry tomatoes, cukes, and dressing... was it good, Dinner was chicken breast grilled with onion, mushroom, cheese, chipolte sauce, salad with lettuce, tomatoe and red cabbage, ranch dressing. I did have 15 chips, i did count them, and they fit into my counts.... 52-10 in fiber so total of 42 for the day (oh didn't count in the 6 grams of carbs on the cheese cake still below my 40-60 I want to continue on with. take care all.... c
