I know a few people have been talking about this. I was able to dig up a link that someone posted several months ago for a little happy face sheet that you can print out and hang on your fridge:

It's my plan to have 100 cheat-free days....even if it means starting tomorrow.
Today I went to a restaurant and ordered soup, that looked liked it probably didn't fit my low-carb paramaters. I probably should have sent it back and ordered something different but I didn't want to pay for two meals nor did I have the nerve to ask if they'd take the soup off my bill because it wasn't exactly as described by the waiter. Instead, I ate it, enjoyed it but didn't get seconds (it was a bottomless soup bowl.) I'll find out tomorrow if it fit into plan or not when I pull out the stix.
