| http://www.chilel-qigong.com/100daygong1a.jpg It's my plan to have 100 cheat-free days....even if it means starting tomorrow. Today I went to a restaurant and ordered soup, that looked liked it probably didn't fit my low-carb paramaters. I probably should have sent it back and ordered something different but I didn't want to pay for two meals nor did I have the nerve to ask if they'd take the soup off my bill because it wasn't exactly as described by the waiter. Instead, I ate it, enjoyed it but didn't get seconds (it was a bottomless soup bowl.) I'll find out tomorrow if it fit into plan or not when I pull out the stix.

| I'm in on this one. All though I won't make 100 days before I leave for bootcamp, I'd love to get as far(well as quickly to goal), as I can on this calendar. Maybe something a little more visual will help me. I will definately have to date it on each day, or I won't remember if I get busy and forget to mark a day off. |

| well, I'm in, but only for 1/2 I divided my gong sheet in half. 50 days cheat free, 50 days doing some kind of exercise. I'll restart another sheet at the end of 50 days - but I'm kind of a one-sheet type of person -

| I'm in for 100 days cheat free. 100 days cheat free will get me pretty darn close to 299. That's for the link, Melissa. I'm starting day 8 with no cheats today. I'm more determined than ever to get to 299 by Memorial Day. Sooner if I can stay the course.

| Great news... this morning my stix not only registered ketosis, but a full shade darker than last week! Just to be fair, though, I'm starting my 100 days of no cheats today. Zero down, 100 to go! and I'm looking forward to it!!

| Thanks, Melissa, for hosting this challenge here. I've been in since 12/30, so I'm 4 days cheat free! I made my own chart and dated it (I'm like you IronSquirrel!) and I get the "reward" of putting a star sticker on at the end of each cheat-free day! (How old am I?? ) But it's working, and I'm looking forward to filling up that sheet with stars!Another motivation is shown below on my ticker... I've lost 8 (Yes 8!) pounds since 12/30!! Ya gotta love this WOE!! (Now, I know that a lot is water dropping off after the holiday ugliness, but hey, 8 is still 8 on the scale 4 down, 96 cheat-free days to go!

| I think that dividing mine in half is a good idea.... workouts on one half and food and water and tea on the other. Sounds good, especially since I don't plan on being around for another 100 days! My goal is to lose to 165 and get to bootcamp by the end of January. It's a daunting task, but I know I can do it. |

| I am in, today is my day one, I was going to wait till after my birthday, (Jan 13th), but you know, that was just an excuse to eat more unhealthy food. So I brought all my food today for lunch, and have it pretty planned out. I plan on just going thru my birthday and eating on track. anyway, am working on 4 quarts of water (just less than two already in) eggs and cheese scrambled with some salsa for breakfast with a couple of smokies. I am ready to jump start this.... may do a fast this weekend, not sure.... anyway, I am not going to say what I have gained,...., when I am back to signature, I will let you all know c

| Okay, I'm starting on day 1 AGAIN! Had a rough time yesterday.... some drama caused me to do the one thing that used to be my comfort zone.... junk food! But I"m back today with a clear head and my "cheat free" calendar. I'm ready to work towards as many days cheat free before bootcamp that it takes and I"m ready to dump this last 35 lbs that will get me there. Hopefully I can lose as fast as I did in the beginning. I'm claiming 200 even as my start of the cheat free calendar because I've been going between 200 and 199 the past day or two, so there it is. 35 lbs to goal..... well my first goal. I think I'm still considering 150 as my final goal after bootcamp, but it might be lower, who knows! But 165 us the important number~! |
