| Aww man, do I hafta tell?? It's like my age--I know it but I hate to actually see it!! Okay, since everyone else has been brave---I'm at 204. I actually got down to 198 in early June (yay!!) but those 6 pounds creeped right back on again and I've been battling them ever since. Bottom line is I've not been consistent with either full on LC-ing and exercise, which is why I've been stuck around this weight since June. On an unrelated note---can anyone here wear a size 20 and 22 long jeans? I have 2 pairs of new jeans that I bought but now can't wear (yay!). I've not worn either pair, as I got them both on sale and intended to have them hemmed but never did. One pair is size 22 Levi's 550 relaxed fit, tapered leg, stonewashed color (? light blue). The length is listed on the tag as M but I'm 5'4" and they are easily 5 inches too long for me. The other is size 20 Tommy Hilfiger, lightish blue (not as light as stonewashed ), I guess maybe average length (doesn't state on tag, but they are about 3" too long on me). If anyone here can wear either pair, you can have them for the actual price of shipping (I'll have to get them weighed at the P.O. to know how much). Please email me ASAP (psychobabbler1ATyahooDOTcom), as I will be away on vacation for a week starting Saturday. Just thought I'd offer here before they go into the Goodwill basket. |

| You're awesome to keep up with all of this! I weigh every morning & today I was at 214.5, so my weight has changed! YAY! Don't change anything for me yet, I'll take an official weight on Friday.

| Happy to post, down another pound today...at 228 today. I've been weighing in daily (and using ketostix)to see how certain foods are affecting my ketosis and my weight loss. Gonna try to skip the scale for a few days.... or atleast won't post it on here.... but I'm 228. A downward trend, always a good thing! |

| On thursday I was down at 227... and although I have been "off the scale" all weekend... I have been on plan, and I'll weigh-in on friday and again on sunday. I'm planning a bit of a "cheat". A good friend is in town for a few weeks... and this friday is his welcome home party.... so I am going to have a glass of wine, and enjoy the evening. Since I plan on drinking a bit, I will stay true to my LC foods so I don't completely over do it. I'm going to eat clean all this week, and make sure I get lots of water and exercise.... don't want to impede getting to 199, but I also don't want to be completely "out of the loop" at the party (it's a bunch of 20-somethings so drinking a bit is "being in the loop" LOL). Other than that..... going to weigh this week on friday (before the cheat) and then sunday (after the cheat to see how much damage I did). Hopefully even with that bit of wine, I'll still be able to see a lower number on the scale this week. |

| Okay.... so I forgot to stop in here for a few days.... at 222 today (and that's after a night out and a few beers lastnight!) probably could have been 220, but what can ya do. Going to workout and get lots of water and clean foods, and see if I can get the beer bloat off. I'll be weighing in again on tuesday to see how it's going. How is everyone else? Really not seeing much activity on this board..... anyone has progress to report for the weigh tally... I'll be posting it on tuesday after my weigh-in. |

| Sorry I've not posted in a while. Was out-of-town on vacation from the 7th through 15th and haven't done an official weigh-in for a bit. I've been a little afraid to, as I really did not do well while on vacation, though there was a lot of walking so maybe it helped burned some of the calories. I've also had a horrible week of sweet weakness, and have consumed far too many cookies that were meant to be taken to work. Okay---just did the deed and am at 202. I'm very surprised, all things considered, but I'll take it! Is everyone else hanging in there? Halloween is a very dangerous time for me. I try not to buy anything I really like too far in advance, as it's just too tempting (and yes, I've gotten into it before and had to buy more for the kiddies!). Am I the only one?? |

| Hey, Megan and Calico! You are both doing quite well. I've let myself get back up to 215, but DH and I began our weight-loss journey again together yesterday. I've done well both days. Except probably not enough water of course! Calico, I started to buy some candy tonight I found at a good price, but I knew we didn't need to have it here....too tempting. So, I'll wait until the day before Halloween and buy some then. Check ya'll later. Keep up the good work!

| Things are awfully quiet here. I'm one pound away from 199 (yay!) but I've likely upped it since that weigh-in as I've not done well watching the carb intake for a few days (boo!). *sigh* My usual sabatoging behavior in action. I went to the doctor a couple weeks ago and was not pleased when the nurse said my weight was 7 lbs more than what I weighed at home. Then I remembered that 1) I weigh in the morning, and in the buff, and you always weigh more in the afternoon (my PM weight is usually 1-2 lbs more), and 2) I was wearing boots and a sweater, so if I figure 5 lbs for clothing and 2 lbs for afternoon weight gain, that accounts for the difference--or so I tell myself, as I don't want my scales to be wrong!!. Hope you girls are all doing well!! |

| Hello ladies, Count me in for the journey as well. I have just gotten back to this way of eating for the past 5 days. I am really trying not to cheat as I take on this journey. I started at 228 and am now at 222. My starting weigh 5 days ago is my all time high. I want to be healthy and to see a slimmer face in the mirror. My ultimate goal is 140 lbs or a size 9/10, whichever comes first, however, my initial goal is 199lbs. So this challenge is a good one for me. I usually reach a plateau at about 202lbs. It may be due to the sabotaging techniques I encounter as well. I will try to post daily to let you guys know how I am doing. Wish me luck and please keep me accountable. | Well obviously no one's been in since thanksgiving.... but how is everyone doing? I hope everyone is enjoying the holiday season, I'm not... too many temptations... but I"m trying to avoid events with TONS of food! But it seems to be working. I got stuck at 217 for like a month (had to be cause I wasn't running at all cause of crappy weather and being busy... and I was just not eating right.) But got back on plan, and down to 208 today. Very happy..... 9 pounds to 1-derland! |
